These sessions offer a grounding, nurturing space to slow down, breathe and reconnect with yourself.

This 60-minute online session meets you where you are offering:

  • A gentle Somatic check-in & being in presence with all that is

  • Exploring subconscious patterns that present as feelings in the body

  • Practical tools you can feel and use between sessions

Option to book single sessions or a package of 3 to really commit to the journey.

Tapping to Release + Reset

A 60 minute session specifically focussing on Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) to release.

Using gentle tapping on key energy points in the body we’ll move stuck emotions, uncomfortable feelings, outdated stories + create a more aligned state of being.

Tapping is also excellent for anchoring in positive states or intentions. Whether you want to release, reset or both, tapping is a super supportive tool that you can return to time and time again.

  • Each session is different, because your body leads.

    Sessions may include:

    • Gentle Somatic attunement + being with all that is present

    • Nervous system regulation + grounding

    • Exploring emotional or energetic patterns held within the body

    • Releasing and reframing old outdated stories or patterns in both body and mind

    • Integrating awareness so that insights land beyond the mind

    You don’t need to prepare or perform - just arrive as you are. All of you is welcome.

  • Life can feel busy, challenging, and overwhelming. You may notice yourself:

    • Seeking permission, answers or validation from others

    • Forgetting to fill your own cup before tending to others

    • Not utilising any boundaries and feeling constantly taken advantage of

    • Running on autopilot or living in constant adrenaline

    • Responding disproportionately to situations or loved ones without understanding why

    • Experiencing burnout, stress, anxiety or physical dis-ease

    These can all be signs you’re ready for support.

  • Our work together continues between sessions. There may be some gentle techniques to practice or a meditation to listen to, to help embed the changes.

    It will be a time for you to integrate, feel into what’s different and to practice showing up in the way that you want to.

  • Tapping is a very gentle but very powerful modality. Together we’ll feel into where you are looking to make a shift and I will walk you through the process, tapping along side you. No experience necessary.
