About me

Informed by a blend of training and lived experience, I offer a deeply intuitive, holistic approach to transformation. My work is grounded in modalities such as Somatic Coaching, Embodied Movement, Cognitive Hypnotherapy, NLP and Tapping (emotional freedom technique) and is supported by ongoing personal practices such as meditation, movement, astrology, sound healing, ritual and more.

With a background in high-end Interior Design across London and internationally, my own journey through burnout resulted in a deep re-connection to myself and has given me the tools to hold space for others with empathy, compassion, honesty and a dash of magic. Now living by the sea, I embrace a life of intention, presence and balance where possible.

I’m here to support you in remembering who you are, reconnecting with your innate wisdom and discovering your own grounded, purposeful way of being.

I am fully qualified and accredited in the following modalities:

  • 200 Hour accredited Yoga Teacher (training is underpinned by the philosophy of Tantra, Somatics and Embodiment + is trauma informed)

  • 100 Hour accredited Somatic Coaching

  • Cognitive Hypnotherapy + Coaching Master Practitioner

  • Neuro-Linguistic programming (NLP) Master Practitioner

  • Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping)

  • PSYCH-K Basic

  • AMDR (Applied Movement Desensitisation & Reconsolidation which integrates EMDR methods with mindfulness, Somatic Psychotherapy and Cognitive Hypnotherapy)

    I am a member of the National Council For Hypnotherapy (NCH) and Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy Practitioner Association (QCHPA), abiding by their Code of Ethics. I am fully insured to work Globally.
