How does it feel to be present with your body?
From early on we are conditioned to live according to expectations - to push, perform and override the feelings in our body as wells as our natural intuitive instincts.
We’re taught how to be good, helpful humans. How to fit into systems that quietly drain us.
We move at a pace our nervous system cannot sustain. It adapts but the cost is often stress, exhaustion and disconnection from listening to our body.
Life feels harder than it should because we’ve been living outside of ourselves just trying to survive, doing what we’ve learnt to do, trying to hold it all together.
Until one day, its no longer possible to continue. We feel drained, a shadow of our former selves. Our body is screaming for something else, something different.
The body knows before the mind

Subconscious repatterning

Somatic release
I had a brilliant Somatic Session. I've never released so much with so many yawns and that was just the start of it!
