1:1 Somatic Coaching + Guidance

These 1:1 sessions offer a grounding, nurturing space for your nervous system to settle. You’ll be guided to notice sensations, breath and subtle signals in the body - the foundational resourcing that allows the system to relax and open.

Blending Somatic Coaching, Hypnotherapy and Intuitive Guidance, each session is tailored to meet you where you are in this moment, helping you release stress, dissolve old patterns and remember the wisdom already within you.

Option to book single sessions or a package of 3 to really commit to the journey.

  • Each session is rooted in presence - working with what is here in the moment. It may include some resourcing practices to ensure you feel grounded, supported and empowered to take the wisdom from our sessions out into everyday life.  

    This is an integrative session blending Somatic Coaching, Intuitive Guidance, Hypnotherapy, and Mindfulness.

  • Life can feel busy, challenging, and overwhelming. You may notice yourself:

    • Seeking permission, answers or validation from others

    • Forgetting to fill your own cup before tending to others

    • Running on autopilot or living in constant adrenaline

    • Experiencing burnout, stress, anxiety or physical dis-ease

    These can all be signs you’re ready for support.

    Presence becomes the portal for remembering. As your body and nervous system guide the process, insights, clarity, and aligned choice naturally emerge.

  • Together, we’ll work with the body’s innate wisdom and the mind’s ability to shift and expand.
